"T Collective will be the business under which I freelance moving forward, with the goal of eventually bringing more team members on board in an agency-like setting. Under this business, I will also offer workshops (around things like copywriting for hospitality, starting a freelance business, nurturing creativity, running great meetings, fostering belonging on a team, etc.) and other content."

She already had a color palette in use, but I convinced her that it wasn't working in her favor. Her only stipulation was that the new palette incorporate pale pink, charcoal, and ideally gold. I may have convinced her along the way (again) that charcoal could become midnight blue.
